A vision board is a way of manifesting things you want to happen, it is made out of images of those things you want to welcome into your life as soon as it’s meant. I prefer to make it in Canva and use it as my wallpaper but you can also make them by printing little images and sticking those into a board so that when you wake up it’s the first thing you see.

It works just as affirmations but instead of making your unconscious comfortable with an escenario by repeating things each day, you do it by watching something. It is common knowledge that the things we consume shape us.

Now that I’ve introduced what a vision board is, I want you to pay attention to the image above. This vision board has a lot of mistakes because it is the first one i’ve ever made. I talk from experience when I say that 8 out of this 42 images made it into my year. I understand that is nothing compared to what I intended to happen, but It is a lot more than what should’ve worked after I made it so badly. There are obvious mistakes that I now see after doing research and hearing another experiences.
I wish for you to accomplish everything in your upcoming vision board after reading this article, so let’s start!
Tip #1 – What would you want to happen in
the next year?
Think about what areas in your life need special attention and where you expect to make it by specificating the path you want to go trough. Be specific. Expect goals you are actually capable of making. For example, it would not make sense that you put a lawyer’s picture because you want to become one while you are in highschool. Be realistic. If you know your family has the possibility to go on a trip, put images of what you expect out of it based on the weather or tours that you planned. This will make your unconscious aware that you are not making delusional affirmations but statements with an argument.

Tip #2 – Words and Phrases
If you want to include phrases or quotes you absolutely can, but be aware the must be in present tense so that you don’t struggle with making the idea a reality. We all recognize the famous:
“I don’t chase, I attract.” -That Audio on TikTok

Tip #3 – Personal and positive
I think the only thing that kept my old vision board from being a complete failure was that I used vibrant colors, nothing dark, people smiling and good vibes are transmitted to me by that. You can also include pictures of yourself when you were feeling pretty or having a good time.

Tip #4 – Connect with it
You must put it somewhere you know you will watch it EVERYDAY. It could be as your wallpaper, next to your mirror, in a calendar, your door, etc. The key is to visualize yourself achieving everything on that board. When you have extra time, you take a minute and watch each picture and imagine yourself making it happen. After that, you should imagine what things you shall accomplish for it to happen, make a list and start doing it!
